Transportation rates are dependent on a multitude of factors, such as vehicle size, distance travelled, and the date and time of the trip. Therefore, the best way to calculate the cost of transportation would be to contact us and let us know your requirements.
You may book our vehicles anytime within our operating hours of 9am - 6pm, and we will dispatch them accordingly. However, this does not guarantee that you will have your vehicle at your desired time. It is recommended that you book our vehicles at least 2 hours in advance to cater time for you to arrange payment as well as for our drivers to be prepared for any last-minute changes or unforeseen circumstances.

The details of your friendly driver, such as their name, handphone number and vehicle number will be given to you once your booking has been confirmed, and your contact details will be shared with the driver to ease communications.
Cobb & Coach does not charge a cancellation fee except in the following circumstances:
Cancellation made 72 hours BEFORE booking pick-up date and time – FULL REFUND
Cancellation made within 72 hours to 24 hours BEFORE the booking pick-up date and time – 50% REFUND
Cancellation made less than 24 hours from the booking pick-up date and time – NO REFUND
Extra charges apply for pickups from 11pm to 7am.
All vehicles under Cobb & Coach are insured according to LTA guidelines.
You may pay via Paynow, bank transfer or credit cards. Kindly note that there is a 10% admin charge for credit card transactions.
